Celebrating Success: Our Journey with Nightingale Home Care and the SVQ Experience

As I reflect on my recent completion of the Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) and the incredible journey that led me here, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude. Not just for myself, but for my fellow carers,who have had the privilege to take this journey alongside me. The support, encouragement, and care that Nightingale Homecare has shown us have been nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment I joined Nightingale, it felt like I was coming home. The team here truly cares about each of us, not only as employees but as people. We were given the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain the skills that have not only made us better carers but also more confident and fulfilled in our roles.
